BOOK: BEAR, BEAVER, AND BEE: DON’T BARF BEAR!

Once, there were three friends, Bear, Beaver and Bee. In a funny yet meaningful story by Jordan Saez, they introduce themselves. From the illustrations, it is clear that Bear is not feeling well. Despite this, Beaver and Bee try their home remedies to make him feel better. However, nothing seems to work and Bear starts feeling worse. He turns green and his stomach starts turning upside down. The two friends think Bear is going to vomit/barf and find it gross to watch. But they don’t leave his side and remind him where to vomit/barf and where not to. In the end, they stick together with their sick friend. The author concludes the story by stating that friends always stick together.

The illustrations are vibrant and a good short read for young kids.

I received the soft copy book from the author Jordan Saez to review; all words are my own. You can purchase this book from Amazon.
