DAY4: WORD

The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

JOHN 1:14

Our God is the speaking God. We have God’s word written in the Bible and we have the authority to read it anytime we want. We hear God speaking to us while reading the verse or during prayer or we sense it at any point of the day. The birth of Jesus has been prophesied thousands of years ago and it got fulfilled. John was the disciple who was with Jesus for three and a half years. He knew how the word became flesh and how it is dwelling among us still.

We didn’t find any similar story for WORD, so we chose a heart-wrenching story of a bear who is confused about getting a Christmas gift for his mother. He goes all around the forest to get the best gift for his mother. He could see all his friends finding wonderful gifts. It was Christmas and his mother presented him with a sparkling gift, but he was sad about not gifting anything. A reindeer came to meet him and suggested the best gift. Do you know what the gift was?

The Gift he gave his mother was: He said, “I LOVE YOU”
